Navigating the challenges and pitfalls of setting up a well-structured and well-run Global Insurance Programme can be overwhelming. Thanks to Ms. Winnie Chong, Senior Vice President of Marsh (Hong Kong) Limited, shared her experience and discussed what it takes to design, develop and implement a Global Insurance Programme holistically. Winnie also shared the importance of proper communication and claims protocols for managing a successful Global Insurance Programme. EMSc-INS students and teacher had a very fruitful sharing session with Winnie.
