The “EMSc-INS Professional Talk” is a talk series organized by the Executive Master of Science Programme of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, aiming to connect industry practitioners with the students as well as our renowned scholars. We are very honoured to have Ms. Joyce Lau, Chief Financial Controller of Target Insurance Company Limited, to share her experience. About the speaker:
After working in PwC for over 10 years, Ms. Lau has worked as CFO of a general insurer and a listed company. Besides her work, she was the General Insurance Councillor and chair of Task Force on IFRS 17 of Hong Kong Federation of Insurers. She is also a member of Hong Kong Insurance Implementation Support Group and Insurance Regulatory Advisory Panel of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
