The “EMSc-INS Professional Talk” is a talk series organized by the Executive Master of Science Programme of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, aiming to connect industry practitioners with the students as well as our renowned scholars.
We are very honoured to have Mr. Anton Wen, Chief Operating Officer of Abacare Group & General Manager of Abacare Hong Kong Limited, to share his industry experience. The topic of the talk is about VHIS and other Health Insurance Development in Hong Kong. Details are as follows:

About the speaker:
Being a graduate from the University of Toronto, Anton holds an Actuarial Science bachelor’s degree, and is a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI).
He joined the Abacare Group 18 years ago and is now the Chief Operating Officer of the group, and General Manager of the HK office. Business of the group includes employee benefits, personal & corporate insurance, MPF, and reinsurance broking.
He has also worked for other MNC broker firms and insurers in the past, gaining account management & servicing, business development, HR, operations and general management experiences.
