The “EMSc-INS Professional Talk” is a talk series organized by the Executive Master of Science Programme of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, aiming to connect industry practitioners with the students as well as our renowned scholars.
We are very honoured to have Ms. Fion Chau, Director, Corporate Finance , HuaFu International (HK) Financial Holdings Limited, to share her experience. The topic of the talk is about Securities Investment. Details are as follows:

About the speaker:
Ms Chau has over 15 years of experience in M&A, corporate restructuring and fund raising. She has participated in over 30 completed transactions in sectors including property, TMT, retail, financial services, manufacturing, energy and resource. Currently, she is the Responsible Officer of Huafu International (a SOE). Previously, she worked for firms including KPMG Corporate Finance and Commerzbank. Ms Chau graduated with a Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Hong Kong. She is also a CFA Charterholder.
